FAQs

Beloved Care Nursing Services would like you to have a stress-free home care experience. We’ve compiled a list of answers to some common questions about our service. You may contact us for more information at 561-279-6522.

What is private duty in-home care?

Private duty In-Home Care is supportive care at home commonly provided by a caregiver, such as trained Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). It includes providing assistance with every day tasks, also known as activities of daily living (ADLs), that might be challenging to accomplish due to suffering an illness, recovering from surgery or physical disability. For clients who need assistance post-hospitalization, research shows that home care lowers the risk of re-admission rates.

How do I arrange service for myself or a loved one?

To arrange for service simply give us a call at 561-279-6522. We will be glad to speak with you about your needs and how we can help.

What hours should I choose?

At Beloved Care, we put the control in the hands of the client. You choose the hours and frequency of your care. In the event that you would like to make changes to the initial caregiver schedule, please call our office to speak with a care coordinator.

What if the caregiver I hire isn't a good fit?

Our client to caregiver matching ensure compatibility. However, if you’re not satisfied with your referred care provider, give us a call. We ask for the opportunity to make things right and will help to find a better solution.

Will someone from the office call to check up on my service?

Yes. Every active client service entails free monthly consulting. Periodically, a nurse will perform a home visit. Also, a care coordinator will follow up with a client satisfaction survey. If you have any questions or if you're not satisfied for any reason, please bring it to our attention at any time.

Is my caregiver allowed to provide transportation?

If you request transportation please bring it to our attention at least one day in advance. We can arrange for transportation if we receive advance notice. (Additional fees and restrictions may apply).

What if I need assistance after hours?

We have a 24/7 phone number that you can call after hours and on weekends. You can call us at 561-279-6522, and an on-call manager will respond. If the on-call manager doesn't answer, you may leave a message. Generally someone will contact you within the hour.

Still have questions?  Reach out to us on phone number 561-279-6522.
